I enjoyed an herb class with Elizabeth. It was an amazing experience. She is very knowledgeable about growing, drying and using herbs. I was very impressed and learned more than I expected about the health benefits of many of the Herbs as well. - Tanya

I enjoyed the Zoom Scone Class! Elizabeth was an excellent chef/instructor. I had never baked scones before. Along with the recipe she lead the class step by step at an even pace which was easy to follow.
I divided mine in half, making lemon scones for my husband and dark chocolate chip scones for myself. They came out deliciously perfect - yummy!! I thought the process of baking scones would be difficult - but it was so easy. I’m looking forward to taking another class with Elizabeth in the future. - Thometra Foster
