I hope that your 2025 is off to a good start.
My exciting start to 2025 is that my article “Edible Roses for Teatime Cuisine” is now available in the January/February issue of Tea Time Magazine! It is such a pleasure and honor to be featured in one of my favorite publications.
Some of you have asking about upcoming dates for my Herbs and Infusions Masterclass with the UK Tea Academy. We are working out the dates for 2025 and will announce them soon.
Right now I am hard at work with my winter yard clean-up, rose pruning, and getting ready for our Spring garden. I hope that you enjoy this last stretch of Winter and have exciting gardening plans!
