During this 1-hour interactive tasting experience, you will - Learn about the history of herbal medicine - Identify key herbs and spices used in herbal tea blends - Gain understanding of calming, relaxing, energizing, and detoxifying herbs - Correctly brew herbal teas - Taste 4 different herbal teas and enjoy their flavors and aromas Each attendee will receive a tasting kit, which includes four caffeine-free herbal teas (15 grams each), as part of this tasting experience. Cost: $30.00 which includes a virtual workshop, a tasting kit, including shipping, and an information sheet with suggested supplies and preparation guidelines. Please allow one business week for delivery. *Each 15-gram bag of tea makes approximately 5 cups of tea. **All classes reflect Pacific Time.
